Terms Of Service

This document outlines of the terms of agreement (the "Agreement") between the link buyer (the "Bidder") and Auction Sellers Unite (the "Directory").

The Bidder must agree to the terms of this document to bid with the Directory.

Link Policy

• All sites submitted must be in English only
• A link back to our site must be clearly displayed on your front page
• Link details cannot be changed unless specifically permitted by Auction Sellers Unite
• Links are listed permanently in our directory but position is determined by bids
• Links can be removed at any time for violating our link policies
• Links to illegal or adult-related Web sites are strictly forbidden
• Links must not contain ALL CAPS or too many adjectives like "cool", "awesome", etc.
• You MUST supply your business or company name and registration number in the description field when submitting a link
• You MUST have your business details in your "about us" page
• Links submitted to the PERSONAL NON BUSINESS can list without business/company name details. However this category will be subject to policies which will mean your link can be removed at the discretion of auction sellers unite.com should it be deemed unsuitable for our site intentions.
• Valid link titles, URLs and descriptions are always at the discretion of Auction Sellers Unite

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Bids are non-refundable.
• You can remove a bid or link by contacting us. Once ownership is confirmed your link can be removed, however no bids will be refunded.

Link Policy for submitting a business site

to be approved you will need to supply

• Business/Company name along with business or company registration number.
• Provide proof where the company registration can be found online.
• Full name of the legal owner of the business.

99% of businesses can be found here One of the basic criteria to be able to list your site on ASU is to be an established legal business be it a business or company like LLC, LTD, inc etc.

Your name or business name should appear here name search If you name doesn't appear on that list you will need o provide further evidence you are running a legal business. If your auction site or classified ads site is legal then you may list your auction/classified site with us. This is to weed out all those sites that are basically fronts for scams and money laundering activities.
